Thursday nights games
After a weeks hiatus for health reasons, I'm back to kick off October with my picks for some of Thursday night's college games and the Buffalo-Cleveland NFL game.
NCAA
Texas @ Iowa State
The Horns are looking for a conference road win in this one. They cannot go in flat though.
Texas 27-19
UCLA (12) @ Utah
An early conference road test for the Bruins against a decent Utah outfit. UCLA should pass this one.
UCLA 33-24
NFL
Buffalo @ Cleveland
Both teams have surprised so far this season and each beat quality teams last week. Cleveland's defense is starting to look like a throwback to the glory days of old and the "Dog Pound" will be alive for the Bills visit.
Cleveland 23-13
