Time to Pick ‘Em!!
NFL Week 1
For the 2010 Regular Season in the NFL, I went 148-100 for my weekly picks. I am looking for an improved performance this year so here we go with Week 1.
New Orleans @ Green Bay
The past two Super Bowl champions meet to kick off the season. I am looking for the Packers to get this one at home.
Green Bay 30-24.
Atlanta @ Chicago
The Bears ended their 2010 on a sour note and may struggle this season.
Atlanta 27-20.
Cincinnati @ Cleveland
The Browns improved last season and were a danger team. They kick off the year with a “W” over the Bengals.
Cleveland 34-14.
Buffalo @ Kansas City
The Chiefs will not sneak up on anyone this season and Buffalo is capable of surprises but not this year.
Kansas City 30-21.
Philadelphia @ St. Louis
Rams could give the Eagles a jolt in Week 1 but the Philly defence will get them through.
Philadelphia 28-17.
Detroit @ Tampa Bay
Detroit has high expectations and may just pull a slight upset on the road.
Detroit 23-21.
Tennessee @ Jacksonville
The curious timing of events in Jacksonville has left a lot of questions. A first up loss will not answer them
Tennessee 27-14.
Pittsburgh @ Baltimore
The saga continues in this one. I’ll go with the Ravens to take round one.
Baltimore 20-14.
Indianapolis @ Houston
A Texans win will not surprise as many people this season.
Houston 34-14.
NY Giants @ Washington
Lots of unknowns for both sides but Giants should be good enough on the road.
NY Giants 30-20.
Seattle @ San Francisco
49ers out to get one for the new coach and could just do it in the improved NFC West.
San Francisco 23-16.
Minnesota @ San Diego
Vikings will be better this season but not this week in San Diego.
San Diego wins this one 40-21.
Carolina @ Arizona
Panthers will not win many this season.
Arizona 35-10.
Dallas @ NY Jets
Dallas starts with a tough one.
NY Jets 27-10.
New England @ Miami
Pats have been known to have trouble in Miami, not this time.
New England 31-17.
Oakland @ Denver
Not a must see matchup but it’s on the schedule.
Denver 17-13.
Hopefully I’ll be off to a good start……….
